Although the Capitol logo appears on the back of the sleeve, the LP was pressed from UK-supplied tapes. Thus I Should Have Known Better is the standard 1964 stereo version, rather than the 1982 US version with the “fixed” harmonica intro.

Despite formal acknowledgement on either sleeve or label, evidence provided by EMI cutting engineers and related documentation suggests this album was mastered at Studios 301 utilising the Maxicut Process.
